Thyself is a voice AI that guides you through emotional work.

Thyself is not a replacement for therapy or coaching. It is not holding space for you. Rather, Thyself is a new tool that helps you hold space for yourself more effectively.

🛠️ Why did we build it?

In the past, if we wanted to engage in an emotional work modality on our own, we would have to play both the role of the inquirer (one asking the questions) and the inquired (one doing the feeling). This means we’d have to focus both on the feeling and track mentally “where” we are in the session’s process. Now, with AI, we can outsource the role of the inquirer. Thyself, which is trained on these modalities, tracks this process and guides you though the session so you can focus fully on feeling.

🌞 How can you use it?

Thyself is useful for checking in frequently with ourselves and our parts, helping us through an in-the-moment trigger, and for helping us uncover and process deeper emotional patterns in our lives.

You can use it in between therapy or coaching sessions to integrate or you can use it totally on your own, whenever you need.
