In life, we're often driven by subconscious scripts that dictate how we show up emotionally and physically.
By shining a light on our emotional patterns and getting underneath our looping narratives, we can create the space for ourselves to be more present and at peace rather than stuck in reliving past triggers or future projections.
Cultivating this awareness within ourselves is about tuning into our bodies when we feel emotions emerge. Rather than suppress the wisdom that our body is delivering, we can get curious about why specific feelings & thoughts are coming up.
Think of our inner world as a house. We may find ourselves in a house that’s a mess. Some of us have messier homes than others.
It's not our fault that we’re surrounded by the mess - the mess is defined by conditioning, little-T and big-T trauma, family system patterns, etc. But it is our responsibility to clean up the mess.
Taking responsibility for our triggers opens up a stance in which the world and our life are our great teacher. Each time our great teacher triggers us, it points us in the direction of our healing, revealing a place within ourselves that is asking for love.
"What is in the way, is the way." Each trigger becomes a new opportunity for our freedom.
